PIPE SERVICES - PRODUCTION
RESPONSABILITIES:

• Supports and follows the production process, ensuring that production
• programs are completed. Ensures compliance with the budget and that the
• correct operation of the equipments comply with quality and safety
• standards. Guarantees the continuity of the production process and its
• continuous improvement
• Ensures that production programs are completed by controlling the load distribution among the machines.
• Coordinates the supply of raw materials based on the established manufacturing program.
• Analyzes and solves any operating and non-operating problems that may arise in the area and determines the causes for problems and the corrective actions to be taken to solve it.
• Controls the production and makes sure that quality and security standards are met.
• Ensures compliance with the budget by participating together with the Engineering and Costs areas, in the definition of consumption standards and of investments planned for the area and monitoring actual versus budgeted consumption providing detailed explanations of any possible differences.
• Ensures the equipment's correct functioning by working together with the maintenance area in the identification of potential problems, in improvements to be implemented as well as in machinery reinstallations to be made.

REQUIREMENTS:       

• Degree in University in Engineering
• Having experiences min. 3 years at production area.
• Good knowledge in API specification is an advantage
• Proficient in English both written and spoken
• Familiar to use Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon
